Shipping Information
Each Whimsical Mama Box is thoughtfully curated and prepared after your order is placed. We operate on a small-batch, made-to-order basis, allowing us to carefully select and assemble each box with attention to detail.
Monthly Order Cut-Off
To be included in the current batch, orders must be placed by the 1st of each month. Orders placed after this date will be included in the next month’s batch.
Preparation & Dispatch
Once the monthly cut-off has passed, we begin sourcing, preparing, and packing all boxes. Orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 days after the cut-off date, but may take up to 21 days during busy periods or due to supplier delays.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days across the UK.

We create each box in small batches to ensure quality, uniqueness, and a carefully curated experience. This means your box is not sitting on a shelf — it’s put together especially for you.
Delays
While we always aim to meet our timelines, occasional delays can occur due to supplier availability or high demand. If this happens, we will keep you updated.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.
