3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
4. Products
We sell one-off curated gift boxes.
Box contents may vary depending on availability and demand. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
5. Orders & Batch Processing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We operate on a monthly batch system. Orders are collected until the 1st of each month (cut-off date). After this date, we begin sourcing, preparing, and packing all boxes.
Orders placed after the cut-off date will be included in the next month's batch.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Checkout Confirmation
By placing your order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing a one-off Whimsical Mama Box (not a subscription)
- You understand that orders are processed in monthly batches
- You understand that box contents may vary
- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment details.
8. Delivery
Dispatch timelines are based on our batch process.
Orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 days after the monthly cut-off date, but may take up to 21 days during busy periods or supplier delays.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within the UK.
We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist where possible.
9. Cancellation & Returns
Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns (After Delivery)
Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- items should be unused and in original condition where possible
- return shipping costs may apply
Returns may not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
10. Product Use & Safety
You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.
Items intended for children must be used under appropriate adult supervision.
